Dr. Demetria Banks is a A.C.C.A. (American Christian Counselor Association) certified life and board certified mental health coach who is very passionate about helping individual's survive life's challenges.  With over twenty years of experience, Dr. Banks has help countless individual find light at the end of dark tunnels preventing them from moving forward and living their life to the fullest.

You can determine the number of sessions you would like, keeping in mind that you can terminate the relationship anytime you think it is not working for you. It can be one, two three, six or eight, or more.  We have found that with many crisis situations, there are no "quick fixes" or "overnight solutions." The number of sessions to affect change depend on you, the severity of your situation, how long you've been dealing with it, etc.

The goal is not tell you what you should do or what you ought to do, but to come alongside you, helping you achieve clarity, gain additional insights, and better understanding so that we can develop the appropriate strategy to help you achieve your goals. The use of the clinical diagnostic tool, the Arno Profile System, can be very beneficial in the coaching relationship, helping the coach save you valuable time and money in uncovering hidden problems and challenges that would normally take about 8 - 10 sessions to discover! Who doesn't want to save time and money! It is highly recommended for our life coaching services.

 

Our services are also open to all regardless to race, gender, denomination, or cultural background. In addition, sessions are confidential and carried out in a caring, empathetic and loving environment. Our fees are very economical and are based on a sliding scale formula of .oo1 X total annual household income. Proof of income is required.
