As an AACC Licensed Christian Life Coach, IBCC Board Cetified Mental Health Coach, and trained APS temperament practitioner, I provide compassionate, spiritually‑centered support for individuals navigating crisis, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions. These sessions are designed to stabilize, strengthen, and spiritually ground you when life feels heavy, urgent, or unclear.

This lane is not coaching. This is faith‑based, non‑clinical support for moments when you need clarity, calm, and direction.

Spiritual Support Sessions (One-on-One)

A spiritually‑centered support session offering space to process emotions, regain clarity, and reconnect with God’s peace. Ideal for individuals navigating difficult seasons, emotional heaviness, or spiritual fatigue.

Clarity & Alignment Sessions

For individuals seeking direction, strategy, or spiritual insight for a specific situation, season, or decision. These sessions help you identify what God is highlighting, what needs to shift, and what steps lead to alignment.

Temperament Insight (APS-Based)

A more intensive, clinically‑informed session offering deeper temperament insight and spiritual application.

This session uses the Arno Profile System (APS), a clinically‑developed temperament assessment designed to identify your inborn emotional needs, relational patterns, stress responses, and decision‑making tendencies. You will receive a guided interpretation of your profile along with faith‑based insight to help you understand how your God‑designed temperament influences your daily life, relationships, leadership, and spiritual growth.

This is a weightier, more in‑depth session than standard spiritual support, ideal for individuals seeking clarity at a deeper level, navigating complex emotional patterns, or desiring a more comprehensive understanding of their internal wiring.

Crisis Navigation & Spiritual Grounding Session 

A focused, stabilizing session designed to help you navigate life‑crisis moments with clarity, grounding, and faith‑centered support.

This session provides immediate spiritual and emotional stabilization for individuals experiencing acute life challenges such as relational upheaval, sudden transitions, emotional overwhelm, or moments of deep uncertainty. Through guided reflection, grounding practices, and faith‑based insight, you will receive compassionate support to help you regain clarity, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with God‑centered direction in the midst of crisis.

This is a high‑support, first‑responder style session created for moments when life feels heavy, urgent, or disorienting — offering a safe space to breathe, process, and find your footing again.
