FEES

DSB MINISTRIES  is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, evangelistic nonprofit organization. To keep this ministry continuing for you and for others, we call your attention to this financial matter.

​

We are not financially supported by any church or other organization. Your donations and contributions help us to offer affordable care to all. While we are willing to work with all individuals regarding payment plans, we must do so considering the financial stability of the organization. 

​

DSB Ministries, Inc. is committed to making our services accessible to all. We offer a sliding scale fee for structure based on your individual financial situation.

A one time fee of $75 is charged for the APS Assessment used during counseling/coaching sessions. Additional fees may apply. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to see if pastoral counseling services are covered.

​

A written agreement is included with our services that detail the specifics of the counseling/coaching relationship, including what should be expected from Dr. Banks, the client's responsibilities; privacy agreement; fee payments/schedule; and other related information.

We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders, credit card payments via Paypal, and also cashapp at: $dsbministriesbanks, and Givelify @ DSB Ministries, Inc.
