Each package is customized to specific time frames, but keep in mind that the number of sessions needed depend on a number of factors: you, the nature of the severity of your situation with, how long you've been dealing with it; the depth of it's impact on your life, etc.
To get the most of the coaching experience, we highly recommend you take the Arno Profile System, an in depth clinical diagnostic tool which measures your inborn temperament, providing a coach with keen insight into what thinking and/or behavior patterns that are preventing you from moving forward. Information from this assessment tool can also help a coach identify problems that would normally take six or seven sessions to discover.
